The prototyping processes such as: Thermoforming, Plastic Injection, Rotomolding, Plastic extrusion, CNC routing, laser cutting, die-cutting, offset printing, screen printing, Hard material digital printing and some other special coating allow us to obtain pieces with the greatest visual impact that the market offers.

Materials such as: Polystyrene, PVC, PET, Polypropylene, Acrylic, Cardboard, Flat Cold Rolled, Aluminum, Wood and Glass, among others, are some of the raw materials that we turn into P.O.P. material. We constantly research and explore new national and imported materials as well as its transformation processes to develop new proposals that generate value in your brand communication.

The plastic injection process consists in pumping a molten polymer in a semi continuous way through a valve. It doesn´t contaminate the environment directly since it does not emit gases, does not generate aqueous waste and emits low noise levels.

Through the plastic injection an amount of shapes can be manufactured faster than usual, with high production levels at low cost. Complicated pieces could be manufactured with precise coatings with no extra adjustments needed, since the production process the desired textures can be created, with a range of colors, slides and opacities.

PLASTIC INJECTION
Rotomolding is a ideal process for the design of pieces with greater impact resistance, high durability and easy maintenance without investing too much money in moulds. It consists in inserting a liquid or powder polymer inside of a mold that continuously rotates at a temperature between 250°C and 450°C, melting and synthesizing the material until it sticks to its walls, the result is a hollow closed piece, most of them with uniform thickness. The rotomolding process can develop projects than work as thermal insulation.

ROTOMOLDING
Is a printing technique used over any material, it consists in transferring ink through a conditioned mesh that allows it to pass only by specific areas. The screen printing is ideal for making advertisements, stamping on different fabrics, printing on plastics or wood, decoration on glass, among others.

SCREEN PRINTING
Is an ideal process to create projects that require metal pipe or foil on its production, we also create larger projects for those who need metal structure with coating adapted to the project needs, and a large variety of point of purchase uses.

METAL WORKING
Is a process based on fixing by addition, creating tridimensional objects through the material layer overlap. It is widely faster, easy use and cheaper that other fixing by addition processes, Making it ideal to implement in the prototyping of pieces.

3D PRINTING
The offset printing or lithography, is a process that uses metal plates and rollers responsible for transferring ink to different materials. In Creating Ideas we apply this process in plastic materials such as PET, polystyrene, holographic, etc.; with multiple coating procedures by special inks, brilliance, etc.

OFFSET PRINTING
In Creating Ideas we have dedicated our time to manufacture furniture and visibility stands, developed in different kinds of wood and/or agglomerate, mixed with other materials such as leather, fabrics, acrylics and glass, with multiple coatings according to each project needs.

CARPENTRY
The thermoforming process consists in shaping pieces through heat, allowing the design of pieces with greater impact resistance, durability and easy maintenance, expanding the possibility of manufacturing large pieces without investing too much money in moulds.

THERMOFORMING
The laser cutting process consists in cutting pieces with a laser energy source that lights the work surface, it allows to work without any cutting matrices and trough a robotic, flexible, automated drive, with high cutting speeds and quality.

LASER CUTTING
The CNC routing is a computerized cutting process used to cut materials such as wood, aluminum, plastic or foam. It's a quality and consisting process that improves serial production procedures.

CNC ROUTING
Among the production processes realized in Creating Ideas we contemplate the digital printing, it consists in direct printing on paper or hard materials with multiple textures such as wood, fabric, cardboard, etc.

Digital printing has great advantages as offering almost immediate printing availability in short delivery times.
